Situation:

Gluten-Free Pantry, a local business in Calgary, needed a revamped e-commerce website to better showcase their growing product range and improve the customer shopping experience. Their existing website lacked structure, consistency, and visual appeal, leading to confusion in navigation and reduced conversions.

Task:

I was tasked with completely redesigning and launching a new e-commerce website on Square within one week. The goal was to:

  • Improve site structure and inventory flow

  • Create a clean, consistent visual experience
